Skip

Meet Skip! Skip is an exuberant and playful 2-year-old lab mix with boundless energy! You’ll often find him zooming around the yard, chasing after his favorite green ball. Skip is always ready for fun! This lovable boy is house trained, kennel trained, and leash trained, making him a wonderful addition to any home. His friendly nature also extends to the other dogs in our care. While Skip has a heart full of joy for dogs, he isn’t a fan of cats. He needs a home that is cat-free so he can truly shine.
If you’re interested in Skip and want to book a meet and greet please fill out an adoption application or give us a phone call at 780-352-7006, option 3!

Ralphie

Meet Ralphie, the lovable 2-year-old lab basset hound mix with an
adorable twist, weighing in at 33kg! Ralphie may be the size of a
full-grown Labrador, but he’s half the height, making him a truly unique
and endearing pup. We think he might have a little Basset Hound in him,
which explains those adorable short legs! But we’ll never know for sure,
but no matter what his mix is, one thing is for sure – Ralphie is
irresistibly cute! While Ralphie isn’t the most active dog around, he’s
always up for a leisurely stroll around the yard, happily following his
humans as they go. He’s not in a rush, just taking his time to enjoy the
sights and sounds of the world around him. When he’s not on his walks, you
can find Ralphie happily lounging or, even better, waiting for a good belly
rub. Ralphie is still working on some basic manners, like not jumping up on
people and learning the art of “sit.” He’s incredibly food motivated so
treats help during his training sessions.

Daisy

It does not get much sweeter than this girl right here! Miss Daisy
is about 3 years old, with the kindest heart and a very precious demeanor.
Daisy is a medium sized rottweiler mix, weighing approximately 26
kilograms. She can be a little shy at first when meeting new people, but
warms up quickly and is easily persuaded by treats. She does not show any
aggression, but can be timid around other dogs. We have not introduced her
to other dogs off leash yet, but with a proper introduction we believe she
could be great with other canine companions. Daisy gets the zoomies like no
other, and loves to run in the back yard, so she would be a great fit for
an active family or one with a fenced in back yard for her to burn some
energy! Daisy is prepared to impress her new family with all of the tricks
she knows including sit, shake a paw, high five, and even hugs. A talented
girl like that will find a home in no time, and will be ready to go as soon
as she is spayed!
