I have been a client of theirs for many years. Not ONCE have I ever receive care that was not compassionate, kind and considerate. From trying to find out about rare conditions, to reproductive issues, to surgeries, to support for losing a fur family member etc… I can always count on personalized care for me and my dogs.
I have one 3.5 pound girl who has a pretty rare condition. The collective support and research put into finding out what she has was remarkable. They kept my wee girl alive. For that alone I am grateful but they all have shown their professionalism and kindness over and over throughout the years.
Dr. Fiona goes above and beyond to find things out for me or research to ensure great care for my dogs. Dr. Theresa always is there for us to the point that she even kept my girl alive by taking her home over a weekend to give fluids until the clinic collectively found out the cause of her decline in health. She helps me gather information or my strange questions. Dr. John always takes time for a chat and a laugh. There are too many to count times, over and over again, where ALL the vets in the clinic have gone far above and beyond the call of duty at one point or another. A true testament to their love for all creatures big and small.
The front staff and vet techs are AMAZING! They fit me in when I need to see a vet ASAP…they always have a smile ready at the desk. They always are prepared to search from one end of the clinic to the other to find something I need. They always have an answer,or find a vet to get the answer, without complaint. Best bunch of gals (and guy) that anyone could possible ask for.
For these reasons, and many more that are not mentioned here, the Wetaskiwin Animal Clinic staff are ALL my champions. Without them I would have no Yorkshire Terrier Champions living in my home. They make what I do possible/
