Blue Monday is supposed to be the most depressing day of the year. It is usually calculated to fall on the third Monday in January—after Christmas has passed, the tree has been taken down and decorations put away, and the bills have started to roll in. The days bring cold, cold temperatures and little sunlight for many of us, making this a bleak time of year.
