I was born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., but moved to Alberta with my boyfriend to be closer to family.
I have loved animals my entire life, and growing up with dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, and even snakes, fueled my love for them even more!
My first experience working with animals was in Squamish, B.C., where I was fortunate enough to become a veterinary office assitant at a clinic there. It was at that time that I not only realized how much I enjoy working with animals, but how fascinating animal medicine is!
I was worried I would not be able to continue working in this field as I was planning the move here, so I am very grateful to be able to work here as my goal is to eventually go to school to become a veterinary technician!
